What we built for Destan Turkish Cuisine.

Destan — Turkish for epic poem — is a kebab house in Toronto with a wood-fired temperament. We were brought on for the long story: a season of photography, a season of short films for social, paid placements that earn their keep, and the slow craft of building an audience that comes hungry.

A table set in Toronto — adana in two long lines of köfte, ezme in a copper bowl, lavash folded twice. The plate, like the saga, is composed of pieces that only become themselves in one another’s company.
